Terms of Service

Important financial disclaimer
We All Trader is not a financial advisory service. The platform is a tool for personal analysis, journaling and tracking. No content, feature or data on the platform constitutes financial or investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell financial instruments. Trading involves significant risk, including the total loss of the capital invested. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You always trade at your own sole responsibility.
1. Acceptance of the terms
By accessing or using the We All Trader platform (the "Platform" or "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not accept these Terms, you may not use the Platform. Continued use of the Service after changes to the Terms are published constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Description of the service
We All Trader is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that offers traders the following tools:
- Trading Journal: recording and analysing trading activity
- Analytics and statistics: viewing personal performance (P&L, drawdown, win rate, etc.)
- Backtesting: simulating strategies on historical data
- Broker connection: automatic trade import through EasierProp (MT5)
- AI Insights: predictive analysis and suggestions based on your own trading data
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue features of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice to active users.
3. User accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at security@wealltrader.com.
- You may not assign or transfer your account to third parties.
- Only one account per individual is allowed.
4. Plans, payments and refunds
Available plans
We offer a Demo plan (no credit card required) and paid plans (Plus, Ultra, Enterprise) with monthly or yearly billing. Up-to-date details and prices are always available on the Pricing page.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for. There are no penalties for early cancellation.
Refunds
We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchasing your first subscription (right of withdrawal, Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 – Consumer Code). Automatic renewals are not refundable, except in the case of documented service malfunctions. To request a refund: billing@wealltrader.com.
Extra sync slots
Extra sync slots (€9.99/month each) are added to a Plus or Ultra subscription from Settings. When you buy one, you pay right away for the part of the current period until renewal; after that the slot renews together with your subscription. You can remove it at any time: it is no longer charged from the next renewal and days already paid are not refunded.
5. Acceptable use
By using the Platform, you agree not to:
- Break any applicable law or regulation
- Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activity
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software
- Overload the servers with excessive automated requests (scraping, DDoS)
- Share your login credentials with third parties
- Create fake or multiple accounts to get around the limits of the Free plan
6. Data ownership and licence
You are the sole owner of your data. We All Trader does not sell, rent or share your trading data with third parties for commercial purposes.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. This licence ends when your account is deleted.
You can export all your data in CSV format at any time from Settings.
7. Intellectual property
The Platform, its design, source code, the "We All Trader" brand and all original content are the exclusive property of We All Trader and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. No implied licence is granted on any of these elements.
8. Financial disclaimer and limitation of liability
8.1 Not financial advice. We All Trader is a technology tool for analysis and journaling. No feature, data, statistic or content of the Platform constitutes:
- Financial or investment advice
- A recommendation to buy or sell financial instruments
- Portfolio management
- Trading signals
- Regulated financial research
8.2 Trading risks. Trading on financial markets (Forex, CFDs, stocks, futures, cryptocurrencies, etc.) involves significant risk, including the partial or total loss of capital. Past results do not guarantee future results. Always trade after consulting a licensed financial adviser.
8.3 No warranty. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or continuity of service.
8.4 Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, We All Trader will not be liable for:
- Financial losses arising from the use of the Platform
- Data loss caused by events beyond our control
- Service interruptions or scheduled maintenance
- Indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages
We All Trader's maximum liability to you is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the last 3 months.
9. Account suspension and termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in the event of:
- Breach of these Terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Non-payment
- Prolonged inactivity (Free plan: 12 months without logging in)
If you delete your account, you can export your data before it is closed. All personal data will be deleted within 30 days of deletion, except where tax or legal obligations apply.
10. Broker connection and EasierProp
The connection to your MT5 broker is made through the provider EasierProp using the credentials you supply. We All Trader accesses your account data in read-only mode, to import balance, positions and trade history. The Service does not send, modify or close orders on your account and does not carry out any trading on your behalf.
Check that your broker allows access through third-party APIs before connecting your account. We All Trader is not responsible for any breach of your broker's terms.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from the use of the Service, the parties agree to attempt an amicable settlement within 30 days. If this fails, the Court of Milan will have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to the jurisdiction of the court of the consumer's place of residence under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)
Consumers resident in the European Union can use the European Commission's ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform to settle disputes out of court: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Our contact email for ODR procedures is: legal@wealltrader.com.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may change these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of them.
