What happens when the trial ends?

The trial lasts 14 days, no card required. If you don't pick a plan, your account becomes read-only: you see your data, but you can't add trades or sync MT5. Nothing is deleted.

What counts as a "synced account"?

An MT5 account connected with the investor password that updates on its own. Plus includes 2, Ultra 5; each extra account costs €9.99 per month. Manual accounts and CSV imports don't count.

Are futures accounts synced?

Not yet. At launch, futures come in by importing a Tradovate CSV; automatic sync is coming.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, from the Stripe portal, with no penalty. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Are my MT5 credentials safe?

We only need the investor password, which cannot place orders. It is passed encrypted to our provider EasierProp. Trading data is isolated per user (Row Level Security) and encrypted in transit; you can export or delete it from Settings.
